Virginia Tan is the co-founder and president of Lean In China, a women's platform with over 100,000 members across more than 25 cities and 100 universities in China, which supports the goals and aspirations of Chinese women. She co-founded She Loves Tech, a global initiative focusing on technology by women and technology for women, which also houses the world's largest competition for women tech entrepreneurs, held across more than 10 international locations. She is also the founding partner of Teja Ventures, Asia's first gender lens venture capital fund, which targets early stage women impact companies.
Virginia's background is in law and finance, where she was an experienced finance lawyer for more than 8 years specialising on energy, resources and infrastructure sectors in emerging markets, and has worked in Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa and South America for 2 magic circle firms. She moved to Beijing in 2013 to work on strategic investments related to the "One Belt One Road" initiative on behalf of Chinese state owned companies and financial institutions.

Lesly Goh (LinkedIn Profile) is the World Bank Group Chief Technology Officer and Director of Enterprise Architecture and Technology. Her focus is to leverage Cloud technology to deliver business outcomes such as client responsiveness, organizational effectiveness and manage risks. She also provides technology advisory in Disruptive Technology from explorations and learnings in the World Bank Innovation Lab to address the Development challenges.
Previously Lesly was the Financial Services Industry Lead for Microsoft Asia Pacific. Lynn received her M.Phil. from Prof. Xiaoou Tang’s Multimedia Lab in the department of Information Engineering at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2007, and B.Eng. from the department of Electrical Engineering and Information Science at the University of Science and Technology of China in 2005. She was a research intern in Microsoft Research Asia in 2005 and 2007. Her research was primarily focused on Face Alignment and Face Recognition. She published her first paper in ICML 2006 as the first author.
Now Lynn is a Product Executive Director, managing the product and engineering group of Education team and Video Platform team at Sensetime. Before joining Sensetime, she was a Senior Group PM Manager with the Apple Siri team in Cupertino CA, in charge of a product line to bring Siri’s intelligence to iOS, macOS, and AppleWatch. Prior to joining Apple, Lynn was Senior PM of the Input Solution group for Microsoft Windows Phone, and managed a core team in Redmond WA as well as 3 regional teams in Eastern Asia. She’s extremely passionate about product design, and owns 25 US patents regarding product and UX design.
